E. van Wijk Logistics Poland
The E van Wijk company was founded in 1949 and from the very beginning of its activity was guided by the principle of stable, sustainable development. Step by step, it won the trust of customers and expanded the business to new markets. With the increasing activity in Poland, there was a need to open a branch of the company in our country. E van Wijk Logistics Poland chose the dynamically developing region of Rzeszów, located on the longest European route E40, as the place of operation for E van Wijk Logistics Poland. Starting with a fleet of 3 vehicles in 2015, the company gradually built trust on the domestic market, acquiring new, significant contractors and gradually increasing the number of cars to 30 in 2021.

E van Wijk is a passionate niche player in transport and logistics, being present In Romania for over 20 years. We have a dedicated and well-trained employees, the large service portfolio and the fleet diversity with more than 180 trucks. We are constantly growing our logistics network and provides our customers the optimum European coverage both for road transport and logistics.
In Romania, we operate in 3 logistics warehouses: one in Cluj county (since 1998) and two in Bucharest area since 2007. Total available storage and handling space is 29.000 m² from which 7.000 square meters with temperature controlled options.

E van Wijk Forwarding is divided into a group of companies that all provide logistics services in a business-to-business nature. At the group level, despite of the similarities between them, each entity has its specialization, focusing on different types of transport and destinations.
In Romania, Europa Expediție is the forwarding company with over 20 years of expertise on the transport and related services market. Having created an extensive network of partners both domestically and internationally, the company covers transport all over the Europe.

We are a group known for the transport and logistics services provided. We have grown over time in other areas as well, real estate is one of these areas. What exactly do we do in this direction? We own commercial spaces, production warehouses and warehouses for logistics services which we rent to specific providers. We build long-term partnerships, based on clear agreements and where trust is valued and encouraged – regardless of the branch. We want to contribute to the success of people we interact with: employees, customers and partners.

Opening of the E van Wijk branch in Poland
In one of the next steps of the company’s development, the need of opening a new company branch appeared in our country, Poland. The dynamically developing region of Rzeszów, located next to the longest European route, E40, was chosen as the location for E van Wijk Logistics Poland.
